A Lean Academy Portugal é uma organização sem fins lucrativos que tem por propósito melhorar a sociedade, através do pensamento e da prática Lean. Na LAP conduzimos pesquisas, dinamizamos oficinas educacionais, publicamos e vendemos livros, realizamos conferências e compartilhamos informações práticas sobre o pensamento e a prática Lean.

Comparado com o tradicional “think” tank, somos um “do” tank. Desenvolvemos hipóteses sobre o pensamento Lean e experimentamo-las para ver quais delas funcionam melhor no mundo real. Em seguida, escrevemos e ensinamos tudo o que descobrimos, fornecendo novos métodos para a transformação organizacional.
